Southern Virginia University senior outside and right-side hitter Hannah Allred was tabbed as the Capital Athletic Conference's women's volleyball Player of the Year on Tuesday after leading the Knights to a third-place finish and best record in ten years. Allred, along with fellow senior and team kill leader Penny Gwynn, were named to the All-CAC First Team.
