FROSTBURG, Md.—The Southern Virginia volleyball team lost to Frostburg State University 3-0 in their third conference match of the season on Wednesday on the road.
The Knights (5-16, 0-3 CAC) stayed close with the Bobcats in all three sets, falling 25-20, 25-19, and 25-20.
Sophomore Hannah Phillips lead the attack with nine kills and Claire Houghtaling had six. Valerie Baety had 20 assists for the Knights.
Naya Cheatem led the Bobcats (12-13, 1-3 CAC) with 19 kills and eight digs.
The Knights host Salisbury University on October 17 at 1:00 p.m. in the Knight Sports Arena.
