Southern Virginia University Athletic Director Scott Y. Doxey today announced that Jason Lamb—one of the most accomplished and well-known coaches in both collegiate and international lacrosse—will become the university's first-ever director of lacrosse effective immediately.

The Southern Virginia University women's club lacrosse team made history on Saturday by hosting the program's first home matches against both Randolph College and James Madison University Club as part of an exhibition tri-match held at The Fields.
