FREDERICKSBURG, Va. — The Capital Athletic Conference today released the 2019 Softball All-CAC Teams with Southern Virginia University's Megan Harmon and Heather Terranova earning the program's first All-CAC honors, both making the All-CAC Second Team.
Harmon led the CAC in appearances with 32, innings pitched at 150.1, was third in complete games with 15 and third also in strikeouts recording 78. She earned seven wins on the year and posted a 4.94 ERA. Harmon added 18 hits and nine RBIs at the plate.
Terranova anchored the Knights offense, leading the team in batting average (.357), hits (45), and tied for the lead in home runs (3). Terranova tallied 15 RBIs and was one of the toughest players to strikeout in the country striking out only four times in 126 at-bats.
