BUENA VISTA, Va. — The Southern Virginia University men's soccer team was dealt another tough loss Monday night in a non-conference game against Bluefield College.

The Knights (1-10, 0-1) were unable to obtain a shot on goal in the first half and the Rams (2-6, 1-4) were able to capitalize, scoring two goals and taking the lead into the half 2-0.

The Rams added three more goals in the second half building their lead to five, with Joe Stacey earning the hat trick.

The Knights aggression showed in the second half where they had seven shots, three on goal and four corner kicks but were unable to score.

Southern Virginia will play next at home Wednesday, Oct. 3 at 4:30 p.m. against William Peace.
