"It was great to see each of our seniors step up and play their part tonight," said head coach Tony Caputo. "Everyone played their role and we made some big plays down the stretch."

After a quick Rumbaugh steal and dish to Kellen Winslow, the Knights found themselves down only four with three minutes to go. The lead was cut to two after a Thornton layup with just under two minutes left. On the next possession, Thornton was whistled for a foul, and the Seahawks scored their final point of the game after going one for two from the line.
Rumbaugh made another pair of free throws with 1:23 left before stealing an inbounds pass and laying in the game-winner with 35 seconds to go. An Alec Johnson free throw with 18 seconds remaining locked up the final score, 72-70.
