Ten Football Student-Athletes Named to NJAC All-Academic Team

PITMAN, N.J. — Ten members of the Southern Virginia University football team were named to the New Jersey Athletic Conference All-Academic Team for the 2016-17 academic year.

The Southern Virginia student-athletes are a part of the largest All-Academic Team the NJAC has ever had. Each of the 945 conference recipients maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or better, and are not freshman or first-year transfer students.

Six of this year's ten honorees were also named to the All-Academic team last season.
