BUENA VISTA, Va.−USA College Football, Inc. today announced senior punter Brenton Estorffe as USCAA Special Teams Player of the Week

After being named to the USCAA Preseason All-America team one week ago by USA College Football, Inc., Estorffe earned week one's Special Teams Player of the Week honors by USA College Football, Inc. and the United States Collegiate Athletic Association for the 2012 season for his solid play against Division I-FCS opponent Morehead State last Thursday.

Estorffe pinned the Eagles twice inside their own 15-yard line and punted the ball six times for a game-high 40.7 yards-per-punt average while also recording four total tackles (3 solo, 1 assisted).

"Brenton [Estorffe] was our most valuable player against Morehead State," said Head Coach DeLane Fitzgerald. "He not only made the punts and pinned our opponents deep into their territory, but he also made some key tackles on the other end of the field."
