Knights To Be Featured On "VSN NAIA Football Game Of The Week"

GRAND ISLAND, Neb. The Victory Sports Network (VSN) will travel to Columbia, Ky. this week for the VSN NAIA Football Game of the Week between Lindsey Wilson University and Southern Virginia University of Buena Vista, Va. SVU will be going in to the game looking to set a first time record of starting a season at 2-1, after a victory over Radford. LWC fell in it's first game in 75-years to Notre Dame college of Ohio, 14-10.

"We can't wait to see the type of football atmostphere these two Universities bring to the field," said Jason Dannelly, owner and founder of VSN. "SVU is an up and coming program while Lindsey Wilson is literally just getting off the ground."

 

The live "VSN NAIA Football Game of the Week" will be available at

http://www.victorysportsnetwork.com by clicking the "Live Streaming" link on the upper right hand side of the page which will connect to the VSN Livestream channel.SVU fans can also go directly to the athletic website for the link to the broadcast. Pregame is set for 1:15 p.m. CT with kickoff at 1:30 p.m. CT.  John Thayer of VSN will provide the play by play while Jason Dannelly will be featured doing color commentary.  The broadcast will also include half-time interviews with a variety of people.

 

This is the ninth season of coverage from the Victory Sports Network.   Later this season VSN also plans to produce live coverage on November 14th with the "Selection Sunday Show," revealing the 16 teams competing in the 2010 NAIA Football Championship Series. In total VSN will broadcast 17 live football events this fall.
